What to Pack and What to Wear

When packing for the Fall PELT, be sure to bring clothing suitable for participation in physical activity because our awesome presenters will have plenty of new and exciting activities to take back to share with your students.

Otherwise, pack just as you would for a two-night stay at the beach during the fall. Fall weather on the Crystal Coast varies greatly. Fall days can be very warm, whereas fall evenings may feel chilly because of the ocean breeze. September's average high temperature is 83 degrees and the average low is 63 degrees.

Other items you might want to consider bringing include a flashlight and a bathing suit. The flashlight may prove handy for evening activities. If you are interested, you may be able to enjoy a swim in the nearby Atlantic Ocean.
